1) Which credit cards do you accept ?

We accept Visa, Master, Discover, American Express Card and Paypal.

2) Do you charge sales tax ?

Illinois and Indiana residents will be charged a state sales tax.
All other residents are responsible for complying
with their own state and local tax laws.

3) What are your shipping informations & rates ?

Our standard shipping service for the 48 contiguous states is USPS.
Please allow 2-7 business days for ground delivery.
If express delivery is needed please email us at for pricing.

For Proper delivery, you must provide a street address (no P.O.Box).

We ship orders Monday through Friday.
We do not ship on weekends.

Standard shipments will be processed within 2~3 business days of the time of purchase.

Your order must be confirmed before 12 noon Central Standard Time (in order for it to ship the same day).
If you have an important deadline for delivery, please let us know by emailing us


4) What is your return policy ?

We inspect all merchandise before shipping out to ensure there are no defects.
No items can be returned unless they are manufacture defects (workmanship or material). If there are manufacture defects, merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the invoice date in unused and unworn condition with Return Authorization number(please see #5 regarding Return Authorization Numbers).
Please note that your original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways for exchanges unless you received a wrong or damaged item.

A defective item(s) may be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

If an item is out of stock and/or cannot be repaired, company credit will be issued.
There will be no exchanges or credit on merchandise that is not defective.
All salels are final.

Please note that your failure to accept delivery of any ordered merchandise and any returns without Authorization number will result in our charging you a restocking fee (20% of your total order amount).


5) How do I get a return authorization (R.A) number ?

Please email us at with the your name, date of purchase, name of item, and amount.

Obtain an R.A number and clearly label the number on the outside of your return package.
Items returned without an R.A number will not be accepted.

6) Is it possible to modify or cancel my order ?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any
